Tell us how, we hear you say…
At Raise Your Hands we’re constantly looking for interesting ways for our supporters to do good with ease. Technology isn’t just being used for evil, harvesting your data and rigging elections – it’s being used in positive ways too.
Here are three ways you can support RYH with minimal effort and no cost to you…
New kids on the block Percent have come up with a cracking idea involving some clever tech and we think it could be huge. You sign up, give your card details, then when you spend at any of their partner restaurants, the partner donates a percentage of your bill to the charity of your choice/Raise Your Hands.
The process is so automated you don’t even need to let the restaurant know. Spooky.
It’s still in beta but they have some great restaurants on board and with such an easy user journey, expect big things.
Does Amazon need more of your money? Probably not, but it can be great for us.
You might have seen Amazon pushing Smile recently. Shopping through Smile works just as usual, except Amazon donate 0.5% of the value of our checkout to the charity of your choice. Raise Your Hands is now on the platform so you know what to do.
Give As You Live works in a similar way to Smile but gives you access to a wide range of brands.
Sign up, link through to your online shop of choice from their website and they’ll pass on a donation to your selected charity, again at no cost to you.
