Got Skills

Due to the current difficult circumstances, our charities have had to suspend their usual programme work for the foreseeable future and won’t be able to take on volunteers.

If you’d like to help out, the NHS, and many local organisations, are looking for volunteers to help support the vulnerable in the fight against Coronavirus.

Please use Google to find opportunities in your area.

Stay safe and look after each other.

Team RYH

Wave Rangers is a brilliant initiative where vulnerable young people between 10-20 volunteer in projects that support the environment and their mental health and wellbeing.

In return for their volunteering, young people are offered a surf lesson from @WaveProject 🙌❤️🙌

Little Amal, a 3.5m high puppet of a young refugee will walk 8,000 km from Syria to the UK.

Along the way she will be welcomed by artistic and cultural events created by and reflective of the communities she visits.

This year one Freedom 2 Be camp isn’t enough, so we are running 3!
3 mini camps will welcome participants across the first week of August to keep to COVID-19 guidelines.
We are really looking forward to them - and excited to do some in person work!
